Identifying Your Model and SN

The image below shows where to find your camera information:

SN Code Example
  • Product Model (e.g., SG3-ISX031C-GMSL2-H190S): The specific camera designation identifying type and specs. Usually printed on the outer packaging or the top label.
  • SN Code / Serial Number (e.g., H190S-E01220525): The unique identifier for your specific camera unit. Typically located on the bottom label of the device.
